I woudl've given a glowing review, but alas, the shower hot water tap fell off, almost burning me. Surprisingly, I expected the sheets to be changed after 5 nights, but no such luck. Being a special guest, I thought at least a complimentary drink would be offered, but clearly, that was asking too much.

Silent hotel with nice pool. Nice and unbeatable location to the busier area, easy to get around. Based so close to port douglas and 4 mile beach, a creek in another town and restaurants. Authentic restaurant with light cuisine.

My rollercoaster experience!
The staff's hospitality was lovely Lionel ensured our comfort and even threw a surprise anniversary BBQ for us. The peaceful atmosphere made the 12-minute walk into town enjoyable.
The limited kitchen supplies made cooking difficult and the bathroom lacked privacy with a poorly placed window. Room furnishings could use an upgrade, especially the bed height.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Recently refurbished and good-sized room with nice views onto a tropical garden. Plenty of goodies for breakfast😀

It was a comfortable stay on holidays. The stuff was extraordinarily friendly every time I needed help. The hotel was in a comfortable location, close enough to Port Douglas town center. And it was also so close to the beach which is fine a nice stroll if the weather is good, 4 mile beach and the centre of town, and Port Douglas marina. I loved the authentic cuisine served in the authentic restaurant. No complaints, the venue exceeded high expectations.
Can’t fault anything about it!

Was great. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic. The door lock was a bit tricky, requiring some finesse to open. Still, a nice experience overall.

Consider packing your own kitchen utensils. The communal kitchen was quite under-equipped .

missingWrote a review on 20 Octoutdoor areacomfortable roomkitchen facilities
The room comfortably accommodated three people with two queen beds.
The blow-up mattress kept losing air and lacked comfort for an adult. Kitchen facilities fell short of the hotel's overall standard and definitely need an update for a better experience.

Had a blast with friends! Spacious rooms and the pool was a hit. We loved visiting the nearby Uyoung Diving Resort and exploring local beaches. I recommend trying the outdoor sitting areas for some relaxation. Staff provided free use of the washing machine and dryer, super convenient.
One downside was that the kitchen stove wasn't very efficient, making cooking a bit challenging.
